Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the weight and dimensions of your order and the location, this will be calculated at the checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your flooring has been produced, a member of our team will be in touch regarding your delivery. Delivery typically occurs 2-3 working days post production.

There will be occasions or delivery locations when deliveries take longer, so we strongly recommend that you do not arrange for a tradesperson to install the goods until you have received your delivery.

Please ensure the phone number you have provided is the best number to contact you on. All of our standard delivery services will be between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

We aim to deliver made to order flooring within 6 weeks. Please note that the indicated lead times are subject to change depending on product availability. We will notify you once all your items have been produced and are being prepared for delivery.

Delivery Information

Deliveries are made through a network of local and national delivery partners between 9am-5pm from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). 

Please ensure that there is clear access to the delivery location. Obstructions or hazards such as uneven paths or driveways, steps, lifts, parked vehicles or other obstacles, parking restrictions etc. will impact on how close to your home the delivery can be made.

The flooring we deliver is generally heavy, our delivery service is ‘kerb side’ due to insurance guidelines, so please arrange for adequate help to move your delivery inside.

The customer or a dedicated representative of the customer must be at the point of delivery to confirm receipt.

Damaged Delivery

Please ensure that you inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged on delivery please let the delivery driver know. Please note that no claim for damage can be entertained once the delivery driver has left the delivery address, therefore it is very important that you check the delivery once received.
